Who are the Action Armada?

The Action Armada is a project created by a group of amateur athletes to tell their story about trying to “make it” in the world of action sports. The idea originated over a couple of beers between Athan and Jake while discussing different ways to provide exposure to current and potential sponsors. Although most athletes have a personal website, it usually doesn’t have enough fresh content to keep readers coming back again and again. We figured that by combining several athletes in a variety of different disciplines, we could tell a story of the amateur lifestyle that would keep our readers coming back for more. Our vision is for a content rich site with high quality visuals, featuring unique editorials from the first hand perspective that only athletes can provide.

The Goal:

Our hope is that through hard work and dedication we can graduate each member of the Action Armada into the pro ranks of their sport. As our athletes move on to bigger things, we’ll be looking for new up-and-comers who share our passion to take their spot on the team. In 5 years our goal is to have an ‘Alumni’ page that reads like a whose who of action sports.

Interested in Becoming a Sponsor?

Part of the inspiration for this site was to provide better value to our current sponsors. By sponsoring the Action Armada, not only will your company be featured prominently on the site, but you can count on each member of the team representing you at sporting events around the world. We can work with you to develop a sponsorship package that gets your logo onto our helmets, surfboards, racecars, and bikes, with exposure at professional sporting events, on TV, and in films. Join our Team:

The Action Armada is constantly looking for new athletes to join our stable. If you are an amateur athlete headed towards the pinnacle of your sport drop us a line at info@actionarmada.com. Send us some high-quality media and tell us a little bit about what we would be missing out on if we didn’t sign you up.
