Winter X 14

Winter X Games 14 is happening this weekend in Aspen, CO, and although I’ve never been more than a casual observer, I’m pumped up this time around to see if Levi LaVallee can stomp his Snowmobile Double Backflip (check out the insane first attempt here). Levi was one of the TDI Cup guest drivers this year, competing in Round 6 at Road America, where he did a bang up job for his first time in a racecar. More than anything though, he was an awesome guy to have at the track for a weekend. Despite limping around on a smashed heel, he hung out with all the drivers, gave lots of advice on how he got where he is, and most importantly reminded everyone to have fun and enjoy getting to do something kick ass.

So good luck to him and his team as they head into Winter X, and I’m looking forward to catching some footage over the weekend. Heres a quick video that I grabbed from ESPN, enjoy.
